Problem
For generative AI to be useful inside the company, answers had to rest on the company's own context and come with their sources.
System
An internal platform built with Vertex AI, Gemini and Search Grounding.
My part
I shaped both the product side and the technical structure of the platform.
Decision
Grounded answers over free-form chat: people should be able to see where an answer comes from.
Result
A platform foundation that brings grounded AI into everyday internal use.
