Problem
Machine and process data stayed on the shop floor. The OT team knew the data and what it meant, but it needed to reach decisions and the company's global systems.
System
Data is collected and queried in BigQuery, AI integrations run on Vertex AI, and the monitoring and tracking screens ship as web apps on Compute Engine VMs.
My part
I took the need and the data from the OT team, built the solution end to end and integrated the result into the company's global side.
Decision
Move the data to the cloud instead of processing it on site: queries, models and interfaces meet on one platform.
Result
Digitalization solutions covering IoT monitoring, production tracking and AI integrations.
